The CLEVERFOOD peer-learning programme is designed to strengthen food policy labs and councils by facilitating knowledge exchange, tackling shared challenges, and co-developing solutions for sustainable food system governance.
A total of 37 entities across Europe (shown on the map below) take part in learning clusters on key food-related topics. Guiding entities — those with specific expertise or hands-on experience — host peers who are eager to learn from them.
Participants join 15 learning visits to share experiences, engage with local stakeholders, and take part in field visits showcasing practical solutions. Each visit also provides tools to help design concrete action plans for future work.
